
A number of places in the prefecture produce soba noodles. This facility provides soba making experiences. Have fun making and eating your own hand-made soba noodles! (Reservations required).

Tottori is Japan's largest producer and exporter of the Nijisseiki Pear. Large-scale orchards are located throughout the prefecture, and in autumn, visitors can pick the choicest fruit and eat it on the spot.

Out of Tottori’s 14 beaches, Uradome, Kaike, Hakuto, and Ishiwaki Beach are enlisted in Japan’s Best 88 Beaches.

The largest ski resort in western Japan, Daisen is comprised of four slopes and is blessed with high quality snow. It is becoming increasingly popular with snowboarders and offers a variety of rental equipment, especially for first timers.
