Shikano Soba Dojo
A number of places in the prefecture produce soba noodles. This facility provides soba making experiences. Have fun making and eating your own hand-made soba noodles! (Reservations required).

Pear-Picking

Tottori is Japan's largest producer and exporter of the Nijisseiki Pear. Large-scale orchards are located throughout the prefecture, and in autumn, visitors can pick the choicest fruit and eat it on the spot.

Japanese Papermaking

WashiTottori Prefecture is home to some of the highest quality of Japanese washi paper known as Inshu Washi Paper. At the studios, visitors can make their own washi paper and washi products (fee & reservation required).
